My paper review presentation today

The title of the paper is "Real-Time Tracking Using Trust-Region Method" (not original one) published in March 2004 in IEEE PAMI. The former conference paper is here. I got problems on 'Color distribution' and can this method be used for multiple targets tracking? I showed the math for nano-bead and was recommended to check 'spherial lens'. We didn't find others to represent the bead math model, it may be not worth. It's side tech for me and I need to concentrate on tracking and .. be an expert. Reminder: I am going to show demo (2D is OK) for simulation of nano-bead and tracking part in May in UL for AF.
