I made a terrible presentation today. Although I read the paper several times but still don't know clearly about the optical flow. Dr. Dan made a presentation today and he will go to DC next week. The pc with matrox card was moved back from KU building. What I need to do next are:
1. Implement optical flow with nano beads images.
2. Implement GS algorithm in Matrox card with MIL.
3. Get more experience with Matrox card programming.
4. Keep reading paper on tracking and optical tweezers.
5. Keep eyes on SPIE paper due to July first.
