SPICE
SPICE(Simulation Program with Integrated Circuit Emphasis) is a computer program developed by the University of California at Berkeley(Nagel, 1975). SPICE enables the designer to predit how a given circuit will function. By itself, it is not a design(synthesis) program, since it does not create a circuit to produce desired performance parameters; it is an analysis tool that predicts the behavior of a circuit that is fed into it.
