Add the following at the end of every chapter.tex

If error message "No valid bibliography in this document, and no default available" comes out, try with:
Ref->Reset RefTeX Mode
Ref->Parse Document->Entire Document

outline-minor-mode:
C-o C-d :hide current subtree
C-o C-o :show curent sbutree and hide all of others
C-o C-e : show-entry
C-o C-k : show-branch
C-o C-s : show all sub...
C-o C-a : show-all
C-o C-t : Only show branch
