Use the Windows hotkey: PrtScn or Alt-PrtScn is OK, but IrfanView does a better job.
In option-Capture/Screenshot... (Ctrl-F11)
Foreground window is the same as Alt-PrScn
Foreground window-Client area will cut the caption, menu and status bar of the window.
Save the image as file is useful too. "Show captured image in main window" maybe only keeps one buffer(?)
