For U's requirements, the following stuff need to be done well:
1. Calibration process. "The module analyzes the image (8-bit grayscale) input and outputs the coordinates of targeting spots." I need to double check the size of the both images and check my program again. Swich our function to DLL?
2. "Improves the simulation, with mathematical models of Brownian motion, viscoscity, laser trapping force, 3D movement & display."
