The paper "Pfinder: Real-Time Tracking of the Human Body" was published in IEEE PAMI. Eq. 8 is wrong and should be replaced by: $\mu _k = E[y]$. Eq. 5 is similar with EE640 project 1c.
The paper is not bad but it used the color contribution for the tracking, what I am doing has no color. PAMI is a good journal but I also need to keep eyes on tracking papers at JOSA.
